As a self-proclaimed real estate "Junkie" having 25+ years in the industry as a General Real Estate Appraiser, Broker, Consultant, developer, Contractor, and Owner, Brian regularly attends numerous real estate functions and programs aimed at the investor. What he discovered is that most of these are nothing more than costly "Feel Good/Ra-Ra" sessions....Lots of Fluff & Buzz, but Low on Reality & Substance. The majority of these are not aimed at making YOU successful, but are designed to give you just enough to keep you hooked as a continually paying student; Oh yeah, and to get YOU to work as a free "bird dog" for them

To make sure you're able to get everything you need out of our program we keep our class sizes small and intimate, maximum of 12 people per class. This provides you with plenty of instructor interaction. Working with smaller groups allows us to tailor each session to that group's individual needs. There is more time to get into the different subjects in depth with less distractions than bigger groups face. It guarantees you won't get "lost in the crowd", assuring you'll get the most out of our program.

Real estate Investing is a numbers game. It stands to reason then to be successful you not only need to know the numbers but also understand what they mean. Any real estate investment has 100's sometimes 1,000's of variables- Your goal is to understand as many as you can and where to find the answers to the ones you don't. We'll make sure you know the varaiables to look for and where to get the answers when you need them.. In addition to providing you with great systems & analysis spreadsheets, we will show you how to custom design systems tailored to your specific investment criteria and give you the ability to enact them. Our goal is to teach you to easily and quickly determine the financial potential of any property you look at. we will teach you the "tricks" and "tips" that only come from years of actually doing.
